Cole Mountain Hideaway

Escape to Cole Mountain Hideaway!  Nestled in the Lincoln National Forest, just a few miles from Ruidoso, NM, CMH is a 2-story, 1800-square-foot, 3 bedroom-3 bath, well appointed condo with a wrap-around deck, outdoor fire pit, and gas grill.  Inside, the condo has a remote-controlled gas fireplace, well supplied kitchen, high speed internet, smart TVs, and a full-sized washer and dryer.  The condo is close to Midtown Ruidoso (with its wonderful shops and restaurants), Alto Lake, Ski Apache, Winter Park, Flying J Ranch, Spencer Theatre, and Enchanted Vine Winery.   In the summer, guests can also enjoy the neighborhood pool.

Prices shown are for rental of the just the upstairs portion of the condo--the porch/kitchen/main living area/2 bedrooms/2 baths (sleeps 4 max)-(sleeps 4 max). Groups can also rent the downstairs portion of the condo, the entire condo--for an additional $15 per day/ per additional guest (for each guest in excess of 4) --the porch/kitchen/main living area/ secondary living area and desk/3 bedrooms/3 baths (sleeps 8 max).  To rent the entire condo, when reserving, make sure that you set the total number of guests between 5 and 8. To rent the entire condo for four people or less, just set the total number of guests at "5" when reserving.

We are currently requiring a 10-day lead time and a 3-night minimum; however, if you need to rent sooner or for a shorter time period, just email (cmhideaway23@gmail.com) or call/text, and I will work to accommodate your schedule.  If booking for 7 nights or longer, 10% will be deducted from rent automatically at check out.
