Policies

Booking: 1/2 of the total cost is due at booking; the other 1/2 is due 14 days before check-in.

Refunds: If you cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 30 days but at least 10 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 1/2 refund. No refunds for cancellations within 10 days of check-in date. If I'm able to rebook any of the cancelled days, you will be reimbursed for those days. An option to purchase travel insurance will be presented at check-out (if you are booking at least 30 days in advance).

Security: A hold for a $250 security will be placed on your credit card 1 day before check-in and will be released 5 days after check-out. Additional cleaning fees may be charged against the security deposit if the condo is left in an excessively dirty condition.

Rules

(1) Don’t leave trash outside (it will attract bears!)

(2) Be respectful of our neighbors; quiet times are 10 pm to 8am.

(3) Use coasters when you set down a drink.

(4) Use the provided dark washcloths for removing makeup, and the provided pool towels for taking to the pool.

(5) No smoking inside the condo.

(6) Do not set heat above 75 degrees.

(7) Turn off the gas fireplace at night and anytime you leave the condo.

(8) Never leave space heaters unattended.

(9) No more than 6 guests at a time.

(10) No parties.  No pets.
